REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is required.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with guests.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding guest services is essential.

    Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Provide menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring clarity in food preparation requests.
  • Be able to run the bar and deliver drinks in a prompt, timely manner for front of house staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
