About Vapiano: Vapiano operates venues across Victoria, NSW, and QLD, and we are continuing to expand with two new venues set to open this year. This growth offers our people a fantastic opportunity to develop their careers within the venues they work, as well as the potential to move into other locations as opportunities arise. Many of our head office roles are currently filled by team members who started with us at the ground level as staff or shift supervisors and worked their way up.
Role Expectations: As a valued member of the Front of House or Bar Team at Vapiano, your primary focus will be to deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. You will play a key role in maintaining the energy and atmosphere of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork at all times.
Whether you’re greeting guests, serving at the bar, or supporting table service, your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent hospitality will help create a vibrant and enjoyable environment for both customers and colleagues.
This role includes the core responsibilities expected in any guest-facing position, and we’ll share more about specific expectations and training during the interview and onboarding process.
