Open Positions & What We’re Looking For

Servers

• Fine dining expertise with an energetic edge
• Polished, confident, and professional while keeping the party alive
• Skilled in upselling luxury items (Wagyu, caviar, champagne, bottle service)

Bartenders

• Masters of craft cocktails and premium bottle service
• Comfortable with high-volume, high-energy service
• Ability to create a show behind the bar with luxury presentation

Bar Backs

• The backbone of bar operations—fast, reliable, and detail-driven
• Keep bartenders stocked, ready, and flowing with the pace of the party
• Thrive in a luxury nightlife atmosphere

Hosts/Hostesses

• First impressions with elegance and energy
• Manage reservations, VIPs, and high-profile guests
• Ability to set the tone for both fine dining and nightlife bottle service experiences

Bussers / Food Runners

• Support servers and maintain seamless service in a fast-paced luxury setting
• Run dishes quickly and accurately while matching the room’s party vibe
• Team players who keep service crisp and energy high

Line Cooks & Prep Cooks

• Experienced with upscale kitchens and precision plating
• Passionate about consistency, speed, and excellence under pressure
