As a Front of House Server, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering high standards of service across all areas of our estate. Whether serving in our vineyard-view restaurant, guiding guests through tastings, or supporting special events, you’ll bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine warmth to every interaction.

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous front of house or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential – full training will be given.
• A professional, approachable and friendly manner.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days.
• An interest in wine and a willingness to learn (WSET or wine knowledge is an advantage).

• Delivering attentive, friendly service across the restaurant, café and wine tasting experiences.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders, using EPOS systems and following service standards.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Serving and presenting wines confidently (with training provided).
• Supporting the set-up, clear-down and reset of front of house areas, including opening and closing duties.
• Assisting with vineyard tours and events, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable visit.
