We are currently looking for Front of House Staff. Due to serving alcohol all applicants must be over 18 years old.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
• Bartending experience is a bonus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions they may have
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised front end area
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food items
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
