We are looking to add a new member to our Front of House team at Fitzbillies KINGS PARADE in Cambridge! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join us full-time or part-time.
As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of Fitzbillies, greeting customers with a warm smile and providing excellent service throughout their visit. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. You will also be responsible for handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with opening and closing duties.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is a team player, reliable, and has a strong work ethic.
