Position Overview:
As a Front of House Person, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of. Your role will involve greeting patrons, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house role in hospitality is preferred but not essential.- A positive attitude and a knack for engaging with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
