This is a part time position (24hrs per week) with the possibility of full time.

EXPERIENCE:

-Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
-Some knowledge of gluten free and vegan living is required
-Secondary School Education and/or equivalent proven and related work experience

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong communication and written English skills
-Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach
-Energetic – ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Team player – assist in a positive guest experience however necessary

-Greet all guests with a HELLO!
-Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
-Take orders from guests and place into POS
-Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
-Process transactions and guest payments when required
-Maintain retail shelves to ensure the utmost visual appeal and brand alignment
-Ensure opening and/or closing duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
-Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
-Other duties as assigned
