Your Mission
To deliver the Heavenly Desserts experience by:
Greeting and seating guests with warmth and enthusiasm
Making guests feel valued through friendly conversation and attentive service
Confidently upselling desserts, drinks, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience
Taking and serving orders, clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
Participating in fun and engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram)
Working with the management team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house environment
What We’re Looking For
Confidence and personality – comfortable starting conversations with customers and making them feel welcome
A natural people person who thrives in a social environment
Comfortable being featured in social media content and representing the brand positively
Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell products
Team player who fits in easily and brings positive energy to every shift.
Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable in a fast-paced restaurant setting
