JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential, also Level 2 & Allergens certification is a must.
  • Experience in catering or serving roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Barista experience is a plus, particularly in preparing specialty coffee drinks.

  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Handle catering requests and assist with special events as needed.
  • Support barista operations by preparing coffee and other beverages when required.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
