We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from bartending to food preparation, all aimed at delivering an outstanding dining experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we value a willingness to learn.
  • Skills in bartending or food preparation are advantageous, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.

    Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
  • Handle catering orders and special events, providing excellent service throughout.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including dining spaces and bar areas.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
