Front of House Staff

Salary: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour, plus profit share and company pension
Hours: Flexible, including 8-hour shifts, weekends, and evenings
A prestigious 27-bedroom hotel celebrated for our exceptional hospitality and thriving conference and banqueting business. We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our team, delivering outstanding service to our guests and ensuring seamless operations across our hotel and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries at the reception desk.
- Support the coordination and delivery of conferences, banquets, and events, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
- Multitask effectively, managing front desk duties alongside event support and guest services.
- Work across multiple departments, including reception, bar, lounge, restaurant, and conference areas, as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen, and event teams to maintain high standards.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and bookings with efficiency and accuracy.
- Address guest needs promptly, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.

- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to the demands of a busy hotel.
- Willingness to work flexibly across multiple departments, including reception, bar, lounge, restaurant, and conference areas.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front of house, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, to support our 24/7 operations.
