Front of House Staff
Join our dynamic team as a Front of House deliverer in the golf club. As a Front of House team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests and golf club members. Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety standards and assist with food preparation when needed
- Support catering events and assist with bartending duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending, food safety, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
