We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Front of House staff to join our Food and Beverage team at Pastore, Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery’s signature modern Italian restaurant. What you will be doing Provide warm, attentive and professional service that reflects our five star standard Greet and seat guests, take orders and serve food and beverages with care and efficiency Support the bar and kitchen teams at Pastore to ensure smooth and seamless service throughout the day Engage with guests in meaningful ways, remembering names, preferences and special requests Work as part of a dynamic team of Waitstaff to create memorable dining experiences Assist with setup and pack down of dining areas, ensuring excellent presentation and hygiene standards Share your knowledge of Pastore’s modern Italian menu, wine pairings and daily specials with confidence and enthusiasm Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell items that enhance the guest’s meal and overall experience Be empowered to go above and beyond, surprising and delighting guests with genuine gestures and personalised service Hourly Pay rates: Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm) Saturday: $32.31 Sunday: $38.78 Public Holidays: $58.16 Plus: Guaranteed minimum weekly hours Paid annual leave, including leave loading Penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays Superannuation contributions Access to paid personal and compassionate leave Job security with consistent, ongoing shifts What we can offer you...
