OVERVIEW

We’re looking for talented Part-Time front of house staff to join our team at our newly opened bar, Mara, on the Shore in Leith. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special, helping us deliver exceptional service that reflects our commitment to a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere. Our focus is on building meaningful connections with our guests and the local community while showcasing a carefully curated drinks menu, including an emphasis on wine and classic cocktails.
As a member of our team team in this cosy, modern venue, you’ll help us create something unique on the Shore. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a close-knit team, has an excellent eye for detail, and has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. EXPERIENCE

  • Essential: Experience in a similar front of house role within a bar or restaurant environment.
  • Essential: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ideally: A passion for wine and cocktails, with some existing knowledge or a desire to learn more.
  • Ideally: Experience working across both the bar and floor, with confidence in both areas.
    Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
    Contract length: 3 months
    Pay: From £12.21 per hour
