ABOUT THE ROLE:

Here in our restaurant at Planters Bretby, we are seeking Front Of House staff to join our team in providing excellent customer service in our hospitality environment. Successful candidates are to give friendly customer service, teamwork, willing attitude to learn new skills and to do well underpressure. We are a busy Restaurant, yet do our very best to work efficiently. We work as a team and help one another out when possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the front end
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
• Assist with food taking and ensure adherence to food safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience
