Job Summary:We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service and support at the front of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or bartending, with a focus on food safety and restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers as they enter the establishment and provide assistance- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently- Handle cash and card transactions with precision- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front end area- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Qualifications:- Prior experience in hospitality, bartending, or restaurant settings is preferred- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members- Willingness to help out in various tasks as required- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
