Based on the beautiful Bathurst Estate in Cirencester, Roots + Seeds is all about celebrating seasonal, locally-sourced food and genuine hospitality. We’re passionate about creating memorable experiences — from relaxed breakfasts to community events — and we want you to help us deliver them.

• Guest focused – You wear a smile with pride, greet every guest warmly, and go above and beyond to make sure they leave happy.

• Flexible – From buzzing café shifts to evening events and pop-ups across the Cotswolds, you’re excited to be part of it all.

What You Can Expect From Us (Us to You):

• Regular check-ins – We’ll support you with regular bi-weekly check-ins during probation, and ongoing reviews to help you grow and succeed.
• Staff food – Any shift over 6 hours? We’ll feed you Roots + Seeds style — either a family meal or something fresh from our menu.
• Career growth – As we expand, we’ll look to our best and brightest to grow with us. Whether it’s at a new site or stepping into a new role, we’ll support your journey (if you earn it!).
