Job Introduction
We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and hard working Hospitality/Front of House assistant. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
Role Responsibility

As a Hospitality an Front of House assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers
  • Ensuring that the kitchen and serving area are clean and tidy
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed
  • Control stock; reduce waste and drive efficiency and ensuring direct reports are complying
  • Assist with the ordering and deliveries using nominated suppliers as required
  • Report any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food or other irregularities to line manager, taking appropriate action where possible

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Possess great customer service skills
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work
  • Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety Certificate are advantageous but not essential for this role
