The will comprise serving food, making tea and coffee helping to run the bar, customer service. The Tack Room is a popular and busy town centre restaurant in Newmarket. We have a great outside space which is very popular when the sun shines. The team is great and everyone pulls together to get the job done. Diligence and a great work ethic definitely needed. You will need to be flexible.

SUMMARY

As Front of House Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your core responsibilities will include guest services, serving, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your premium skills in hospitality will enhance guest interactions, while your relevant skills in food preparation, restaurant experience, and culinary knowledge will support seamless operations. Join our dedicated team and contribute to creating memorable moments for every visitor in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Background in restaurant, hotel, or culinary settings
  • Familiarity with barista duties and beverage preparation
  • Delivery driver experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
