We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or food service and possess excellent customer service skills.
Greet customers as they enter the establishment - Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front end area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to assist with food preparation if needed - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bartending experience is a plus This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a background in the food industry.
