JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is highly desirable.
We are on the plassey holiday park just out side of Wrexham

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
  • Barista experience is a plus for those interested in coffee service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Support catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of functions.
