The Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and proactive Front of House Team Member to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, so a warm, professional manner is essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Managing bookings and walk-ins efficiently.
• Handling payments and operating the till.
• Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

About You:

• Previous experience in a pub or restaurant is preferred – but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• A team player with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
