We are seeking a Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, food safety, bartending, catering, or restaurant services. This position involves customer interaction and ensuring a seamless checkout process for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at the front end
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, bartending, catering, or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
