We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our small friendly team at The Feather Trail Cafe in Helmsley, York.
We are a busy fast paced cafe looking for somebody to shine in a happy fun environment.
The position is varied from front of house, making and serving coffee, making food in the kitchen as well and cleaning and pots.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Ensure all customers leave happy
• Customer service, ensuring customers get what they require
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be willing to learn new skills.

You MUST have barista experience and be able to work independently, use initiative, good communication skills & have a kind heart
Must be flexible to work weekends, weekdays, bank holidays and school holidays.
On Street parking is free, free food and drink whilst working, staff discount when not working, share of tips.

NOTE: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTAURANT, BARTENDING, FOOD SERVICE, BANQUET, OR CATERING INDUSTRY IS A ESSENTIAL AS THE CAFE IS BUSY. KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SAFETY, HOSPITALITY, FOOD HANDLING, DIETARY AIDE, OR THE FOOD INDUSTRY IS ALSO BENEFICIAL.
