JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, assisting with food and beverage orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. SKILLS

  • Strong background in hospitality with prior restaurant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Experience in guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons.
  • Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining genuine customer engagement.
