WHO ARE WE?

We are a family run business that is obsessed with creating the tastiest food in town and we work with amazing local producers that share our vision and ethos to achieve this. Set up in 2015 by the four Crouch bros, CSONS was founded upon a massive passion for incredible, globally inspired food and a huge respect for the quality and abundance of tip top local ingredients right on our doorstep. Couple this with the drive and work ethic to provide exceptional service it’s no wonder we now have 2 of the most popular and respected restaurants in Shropshire.

This is a permanent, part time role requiring mostly weekend availability. We can offer up to 24 contracted hours per week depending on your flexibility with the opportunity for additional hours as and when available. The role is primarily customer facing and it can be quite varied but never boring! You may be working on the bar, running a restaurant section, serving food to customers or even washing up… being able to help the team wherever is important. Being confident and outgoing are qualities we like to see in a potential candidate as well as having a real love for food! This positive approach combined with adopting the CSONS ethos is something that you will need to identify with and use every step of the way.
The CSONS environment can be high paced so the ability to stay focused and professional is essential. We are a close knit team so we need people that are willing to learn, pick up new skills and help each other out as much as possible. The work can be pressured but we focus on creating a really fun, vibrant team dynamic while we work which we know is important in the hospitality world! If you are someone looking for more responsibility, there will also be the opportunity to step up as supervisor.
