JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere within our establishment. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in their overall experience.

SKILLS

  • Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Previous experience in food preparation or bartending is desirable but not mandatory.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £12.91-£15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 27 per week

  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
  • Communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
