JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our customers and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. The restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday evenings, from 6pm so all working hours will be from 5pm until approximately 11/11:30pm.
Pay will be based on experience and increases are available based on restaurant performance.
Stark is located in East Mersea, which is rather remote with little to no public transport during the evenings so it is essential that the candidate has their own car or access to one on all work days.

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key.
  • Team player who can also work independently when required.
