Fame Factory is a new immersive experience Created by Done & Dusted X, where the audience get the chance to feel like a celebrity at London’s Excel. They will move from a VIP private jet to a photoshoot and more, interacting with red carpet reporters and chat show hosts, portrayed by live actors
The Front of House assistants will work in a variety of customer facing positions including stewarding, ticket scanning, retail, and dealing with audience queries.

· Provide world-class customer service and ensuring all our customers leave happy.
· Undertake duties in box office, merchandise, and ticket management.
· Embody the creative premise of the experience in your customer service.
· Be knowledgeable about the event, the audience offering, and facilities.
· Be an ambassador for our brand and the event.
· Respond quickly and effectively to customer queries in person.
· Ensure the event space, including BOH are clean with exceptional hygiene standards.
