JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with special events and functions as required, ensuring all guest needs are met.
