We’re on the hunt for a Front of House superstar to join our busy, friendly cafe. If you’re a natural people person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly , and you can pull a cracking flat white during a rush, we’d love to meet you!

• Leading and motivating our brilliant FOH team so every shift runs like clockwork (and with a smile).
• Keeping an eagle eye on the details. From sparkling clean tables to perfectly timed orders.
• Jumping behind the coffee machine when things get busy and serving up great coffee at speed.
• Rolling up your sleeves to help the kitchen if needed, always keeping food hygiene top-notch.
• Helping with training new staff members , and giving feedback that inspires your team to shine.
• Handling customer queries and turning the odd hiccup into a happy outcome.
• Working closely with the kitchen so food looks and tastes its best every time.
