As a key member of our team, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant floor, leading by example and motivating staff to deliver excellent service at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

• Supervise and support the Front of House team during service, ensuring high standards of customer care
• Greet and engage with guests, enhancing their dining experience with warmth and professionalism
• Oversee table management, reservations, and bookings to optimise flow and efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints calmly and effectively, finding solutions quickly
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
• Assist with training and development of team members, encouraging growth and confidence
• Take responsibility for till operations, cash handling, and end-of-day checks as required
