Hiring Restaurant Supervisor(s) for Full Time position
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Leduc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT:Managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining service standards.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:Interacting with guests, handling complaints, and resolving issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • QUALITY AND SAFETY:Maintaining food safety standards, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring high food quality.
  • COMPLIANCE:Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • PROBLEM SOLVING:Addressing any issues that arise during daily operations, whether related to staff, customers, or other aspects of the business.
  • CLOSING OPERATIONSEnd of day operations. Closing duties, securing equipment, handling cash, building shutdown.

Requirements:

  • You have leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality. (at least 2 years Preferred- but not required)
  • Must be over 18 with reliable transportation. Schedules will vary, but nightshifts and weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) are required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, while multi-tasking, and problem solving.
