Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Front of house Waitress/Supervisor to join our already well established front of house team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our current front of house restaurant managers, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism within the business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your managerial skills while leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Anyone applying must have at least one year experience working in a restaurant, desirable to be a supervisor, but not essential.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
  • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities

  • Efficient IT skills to manage all areas of admin E.G. Booking system, Deposits & Pre orders
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas of the business
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  • Create and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer experience
