We’re now looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team and work alongside the Venue Manager in leading the delivery of unforgettable moments at one of Tasmania’s most iconic destinations. This role plays a key part in connecting our Cellar Door and soon to be launched Devil’s Corner Kitchen – ensuring both spaces run seamlessly together, and every guest enjoys the full Devil’s Corner experience.

DESCRIPTION:

About the Role: Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role supports the smooth running of our busy Cellar Door and Kitchen front-of-house operations. You’ll help lead and inspire the team, create premium guest experiences, and keep service and operations humming. From hosting tastings and supporting events to coaching the team and making sure everything is presented at its best, you’ll be a key part of ensuring every visitor leaves with a story to tell.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Venue Manager in daily Cellar Door and Kitchen FOH operations.
Supervising and motivating the team to deliver warm, memorable service across both spaces.
Leading tastings, sharing the Devil’s Corner story, and encouraging wine sales and memberships.
Supporting rostering, training, and mentoring of casual and part-time staff.
Assisting with site presentation, stock control, and compliance processes.
Helping coordinate events, trade visits, and VIP experiences.
