For additional information, please visit: www.whirlyball.com What you’ll do: Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs Support, train, and communicate with the Front of House staff and management Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook Get along well with others and be a team player Assist the Operations Managers as needed Must have flexible availability and be available to work on weekends Other duties will be assigned as needed Requirements Who you are: At least 3 years of restaurant experience Proficient in email, document/spreadsheet programs Proven leadership skills, a plus Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong understanding of cash handling policy and procedures The Perks: Competitive compensation Great Whirlyball Activity Benefits In-depth training to set you up for success Great opportunity for growth in the venue industry as well as performance industry
