FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR – 30 HOURS PER WEEK

Cloud 9 is a fast-paced, vibrant restaurant where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our close-knit team and assist with the day-to-day running of the business. This role requires strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead by example in a friendly and fun working environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with barista duties is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
