We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Grind. As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in making sure our service runs smoothly day to day – supporting the team, managing operations, and ensuring every customer enjoys the warm, welcoming Grind atmosphere we’re known for.

• Leading and supporting the front of house team to deliver consistently high service
• Acting as a key holder and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Handling stock orders, deliveries, and ensuring everything is stored correctly
• Driving team engagement, motivating colleagues, and keeping service standards high
• Making sure the front of house always looks sharp, professional, and inviting
• Upholding all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
