We’re looking for a Superviser to support our Front of House Manger to help lead & motivate our awesome team.
We are a multi award-winning licensed Deli, Cafe, Fine Food & Drink Retail store, Stonebaked Pizza venue, Fruit & Veg shop, and Ice- Cream vendor.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of supervising shifts in a busy hospitality setting and organising staff tasks
• Promoting & maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety and hygiene
• Taking deliveries of stock and pricing it, organising the replenishment of shelves and stock rotation
• Cashing up at end of day and following company procedures
• Barista skills(preferred but not essential)
• Training of staff
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions in the absence of the Front of House Manager
