SUMMARY

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Driftwood Spars. In this role, you will oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service for our guests while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service.
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently during peak times.
  • Train new staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold our quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and special requests.
