• Lead by Example: Supervise the floor, providing hands-on support, guidance, and motivation to the FOH team.
• Champion the Guest Experience: Engage with guests, build rapport, and resolve any issues with confidence and professionalism to ensure a memorable visit.
• Drive Service Efficiency: Be an active presence on the floor—bartending, running food, touching tables, and expediting orders to support the team during peak hours.
• Mentor Your Team: Coach and develop servers and hosts, helping them grow their skills and succeed.
• Uphold Our Standards: Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed, creating a safe environment for everyone.
