Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, food preparers, and kitchen staff. Train employees on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are consistently met. Establish work schedules and assign staff duties. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation. Monitor inventory and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and food wastage. Address customer complaints and resolve service issues. Prepare operational reports and maintain workplace documentation. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring of staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Availability Requirement Must be available to work full-time hours and flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Availability must align with the operational needs of the restaurant, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Candidates must be able to work day, swing, overnight and rotating shifts as required. Submission of resume does not guarantee an interview or transfer.
