Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Supervise and train front of house staff, including waitstaff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and other front of house spaces.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team performance to optimise service efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels for supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the front of house area.
