Hours: 42.5 hours per week, working 5 days per week, including weekends & evenings till 9pm.

About you
As a supervisor, you will be able work with the FOH Manager to supervise the bakery taking ownership and leading from the front ensuring an excellent customer experience and great food experience is shared with all.
You will be a fantastic ambassador of KNEAD and able to engage with our customers, welcoming them and advising our great range of products, talking confidently and knowledgeably about the varieties and flavours of our ingredients.
You will also need to be confident and have some experience in supervising a small team acting as a role model in developing, training and coaching. You’ll be a natural leader with excellent people skills. You will set the standards for your team to follow. Experience of a similar food, restaurant, or café environment.
Main responsibilities
· Act as a role model to your team
· Barista trained
. Manage stock and training
· Develop, train and coach your team through appraisal and ‘learning & development’
· Champion full shelves, with 100% accuracy of fixed merchandising, appropriate POS, and pricing
· Learning about our products/production
· Assist store management team to ensure the store operates within internal audit requirements
