A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the dynamic team and ensure the full running of Maison Bleue Restaurant in the heart of the Old Town with great progression opportunities as the team continues to grow. An established, independent family restaurant, Maison Bleue serves French, North African and Scottish cuisine in an historic location and has been operating for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on having staff who are very personable and offer some of the best customer service in town.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing operations of Maison Bleue
Staff Training
Ensuring procedures and best practices are being adhered to
Responsible for monitoring expenses
Ensuring Health and Safety and Hygiene standards are adhered to
