We’re looking for an experienced SUPERVISOR to join our team in our Sherwood shop, for fixed term Maternity Cover starting 1st September.

THIS SALARY IS BASED ON 40 HOURS PER WEEK - SHORTER WORKING TIME ARRANGEMENTS COULD BE DISCUSSED (MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS PER WEEK). WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL

The following is required:
-At least 3 year’s experience in hospitality, including table service
-Espresso coffee machine experience – great barista knowledge a must
-Excellent communication skills
We’re looking for someone who is able to support the manager in day-to day duties, someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and has a passion for food and beverage, and has excellent customer service and organisation skills.
This position is for a 11 month contract while the current Manager is on Maternity Leave, the salary will be paid pro-rata. There may be further opportunities within the company after this period, this will be discussed toward the end of the contract.
