The role is primarily customer facing and hands on. Reporting to and working with the Restaurant Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring shifts run smoothly, the team is happy and motivated and our customers receive the best service around. You’ll need to have a good understanding of how a restaurant works and have experience on the bar and waiting tables. It’s not essential, but having previous experiencing making coffee will definitely work in your favour.
You’ll also be responsible for setting up and opening in the morning as well as closing down and cashing up. We aim to give each and every one of our customers an incredible dining experience. Being confident and outgoing are a must as having a real zest for exciting food, that is something we truly love to see! This positive approach combined with adopting the CSONS ethos is something that you will need to take on board and use every step of the way. As a shift supervisor we’ll expect you to be organised and focused in a positive and energetic way.
