• Supporting the management team in daily operations
• Leading and motivating front-of-house staff during shifts
• Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
• Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving any issues
• Training new team members and maintaining service standards
• Overseeing stock control, cleanliness, and cash handling
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
