Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, service driven Supervisor to join our award winning team in the heart of Covent Garden. This is an ideal role for someone with a great focus on customer service.
Someone who can maintain a 5 star welcome experience for guests and visitors of this busy multi occupied building.
They will work closely with the building management and events team on creating a memorable customer experience.
They will be the focal point of the building, co ordinating other FOH services and reporting any issues through the right channels. This role requires working with high end clients, understanding needs and focussing on service standards. Duties include scheduling, training, performance management, and acting as the main point of contact for service delivery standards.

Qualifications
Looking for someone who has attention to service standards, Strong written and verbal communication skills. A background in the hospitality or customer service industries would be a benefit. Good knowledge of MS office. A driven individual who can self motivate. Problem solving skills, an interest and basic understanding of Facilities. And experience at a supervisory level is advised.
